Terms of Service & Warranty

By Ordering or using the service, I understand and agree to the following:

 

Products might be especially ordered for you and customized to your needs, and therefore may not be returned for a refund.

 

Returned Check Policy: If your payment is made via check and the check is returned from the bank as dishonored, a $25 returned check fee will apply. Checks may be returned for a variety of reasons: Insufficient funds, incorrect account numbers or closed accounts. No matter the reason, the payee is responsible to resolve these charges.

 

There is NO refund on software/programs.

No refunds, sales are final.

Replacement for damaged software and/or hardware will be available under warranty terms.

When I drop off my computer, an ANP COMPUTER REPAIR technician will give me an estimate of when the repair or maintenance will be finished. If this estimate changes, the technician will notify me before performing the service/repair.

ANP COMPUTER REPAIR technicians will work on my computer to the best of their abilities; however ANP Computer Repair does not guarantee that its technicians will be able to solve the problem or problems that my computer is experiencing.

We will not be responsible for loss or damage, testing or any other causes beyond our control, such as theft or fire.

We do not open or look at your documents, pictures, files, or e-mail, or data store in your computer. If you ask us to fix an e-mail or a private document, WE ASK FIRST before opening such file.

The Invoice, as a receipt for your purchase, should be kept carefully. You will need it for warranty claims. This warranty expires when you sell or transfer your product.

We will warranty all hardware and service, however we cannot guarantee that any future third party software or hardware that you purchase and install on your own will work or be compatible.

Removing the warranty tag or sticker will VOID all warranties, parts and labor.

We are not responsible for any data loss, although we will attempt to minimize the chance that data loss will occur.

“Any equipment or part left for more than 30 days, will become store property, ANP Computer Repair can NOT held responsible for such property”

 


Virus Removal Warranty

Removal of Avira and/or Malware-bytes will automatically VOID the warranty.

We will re-service the computer in case of a virus/malware re-infection within the warranty period. Please see invoice for length of your warranty.

The warranty does not apply:

With deficiencies which result from transportation, accidents, natural disaster, vandalism, improper use, incorrect maintenance or incorrect repair trough others.

With change of software, wrong operation, incorrect installations, or other modifications/repairs not agreed with us.

At ANP COMPUTER REPAIR we pride ourselves  on the excellent service that we provide to all our customers. We understand that all our customers    have different needs and we strive to provide an entirely personal service and solution.

Warranty on Refurbished Items

We will warranty all the hardware on refurbished computers/parts for the time on the original invoice. Warranty does NOT cover virus or any malware infection (removal).

The warranty does not apply:

With deficiencies which result from transportation, accidents, natural disaster, vandalism, improper use, incorrect maintenance or incorrect repair trough others.

With change of software, wrong operation, incorrect installations, or other modifications/repairs not agreed with us.

 


 Data Backup/Transfer Service

ANP Computer Repair is not responsible for the loss of any data which may occur while performing work on your computer. You are responsible for backing up your own data. In the process of repair, data may get damaged or deleted. ANP Computer Repair will make every attempt to preserve your data. ANP Computer Repair does not guarantee any backup on normal maintenance or service.

ANP Computer Repair does not warranty or guarantee the stability, security or integrity of data backed up through our backup plan. In the event of data loss, we will make every effort to negotiate a recovery, though a recovery may not be possible.

ANP computer Repair technicians care about your data, and are instructed to retain and save any and all data wherever possible, however ANP Computer Repair will not be held legally liable for any data loss. We do this as a courtesy to our customers and clients, but we offer no guarantees. Electronic computer equipment is sensitive by nature; We have a total of over 15 years of experience with data backup and will do everything we can to ensure no data is lost, however ANP Computer Repair and its technicians are not responsible for the loss of any data which may occur while performing work on your computer. Please back up your data accordingly. You may request that ANP Computer Repair, backup and restore your data for you; however, we do not guarantee the success of any backup.


Privacy

ANP Computer Repair and individuals associated with ANP Computer Repair will not browse through your hard drive looking at your data; however, we may inadvertently see data during the course of our work. It is the end user’s responsibility to properly secure all confidential or otherwise sensitive documents prior to having equipment serviced. Thus, ANP Computer Repair is not liable for any claim of fraudulent charges associated with credentials stored on your equipment, nor are we liable for charges associated with the viewing of confidential documents.

We will never sell, share, or give your personal information to any third party outside of ANP Computer Repair.
